1. About Us

This website, poshaknutri.com (“Website”), is operated by Poshak Nutrifoods (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. We manufacture and sell wood-pressed edible oils. FSSAI Lic. No. 12724052000659. By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or modify offers at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.
• Product images are for representation; actual packaging may vary slightly. Natural products such as cold-pressed oil may show minor variation in colour, aroma, and sediment from batch to batch — this is normal and not a defect.

3. Orders & Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or serviceability issues); in such cases any amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Discounts, coupon codes, and offers cannot be exchanged for cash and only the single best applicable discount applies per order unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

• If you opt in to our Subscribe & Save programme, you authorise recurring payments at the disclosed amount and frequency (every 2 weeks) through Razorpay's subscription mandate (card or UPI Autopay, as chosen by you).
• The recurring amount and schedule are shown to you clearly before you authorise the mandate. Each recurring charge generates a fresh order pressed and shipped to your saved address.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 93555 50575. Cancellation takes effect before your next billing cycle; amounts already charged for a cycle in progress are not refundable, and that cycle's delivery will be completed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Because we press oil fresh only after you order, delivery typically takes up to 7 days from order confirmation.
• We ship pan-India through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier or regional factors beyond our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery at the address you provide.
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by you.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• As our oil is pressed fresh to order, orders cannot be cancelled once pressing has begun, and we do not accept returns of delivered products, being consumable food items.
• If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking in transit, we will replace it free of charge — provided you share an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damage. Replacement claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 93555 50575.
• Where a refund is applicable (for example, an order we cancel or cannot fulfil), it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of initiation; the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank.

7. Food Information & Health Disclaimer

• Our products are natural food products. Mustard oil is derived from mustard seeds; please check suitability for your dietary needs and allergies before consumption.
• Any statements on this Website about nutrition (such as Vitamin E, MUFA, or PUFA content) are general information about the nature of cold-pressed oils and are not medical advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified professional for dietary or medical guidance.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consume by the use-by date printed on the bottle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including the Poshak name, logo, product photographs, videos, and text — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
