  • Order details: your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address, collected when you place an order or start a subscription.
  • Payment information: payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials — we receive only payment confirmation identifiers.
  • Communication: messages you send us on WhatsApp or email, including any unboxing videos you share for damage claims.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, press, ship, and deliver your orders.
  • To manage recurring subscription billing and deliveries you have authorised.
  • To send you order confirmations and shipping/delivery status updates via email and WhatsApp.
  • To respond to your queries and handle replacement claims.
  • To detect first-time-customer eligibility for discounts and prevent misuse of offers.

4. Who We Share It With

We share your information only with service providers necessary to fulfil your order:

  • Razorpay — payment and subscription processing.
  • Shiprocket and its courier partners — your name, phone, and address, to deliver your order and send tracking updates.
  • Supabase & Vercel — secure hosting of our website and order records.
  • Email/WhatsApp service providers — to send you order notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention & Security

  • Order records are retained as required for business, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
  • Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. All payment flows are encrypted end-to-end by Razorpay.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal browser storage to remember your shopping cart between visits. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to records we must legally retain) by contacting us. To cancel a subscription and stop future billing, message us on WhatsApp at any time.
